OFFICIAL RULES--NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
To be eligible to enter the Real Advisor Real Match Sweepstakes, please follow these rules:

1.The Real Advisor Real Match Sweepstake begins on First of each month, and ends at 11:59PM P.S.T. on the last day of the calendar month. The Real Advisor Real Match Sweepstake is open to all registered users at least eighteen (18) years of age. RAR staff, their immediate families, and those living in their households are not eligible.

2. To enter the sweepstakes, complete the Buyer and/ or Seller posting and registration. Registration is limited to one entry per person or e-mail address.

3. No purchase is necessary to enter the sweepstakes. Registration will be void where prohibited.

4. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information connected with, this sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or fraud beyond the control of the sponsor, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes.

5. The sweepstakes will consist of Three drawings for; One trip to Hawaii (approximate value: $600) and Two drawing for gifts (approximate value: $100 each). The drawing will be held on the 5th of each following month. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be substituted, and no cash alternatives are permitted.

6. The Winner will be notified by phone or e-mail. The winner has six months to use utilize the trip. Reservation will be depend on availability and winners are required to make reservation at least 35 days prior to depature.

7.The winner will be required to pay for their own accommodation and for meals.

8.The winner, by accepting the prize, agrees that the prize is awarded on the condition that Real Advisor Realty, and their respective agents, officers, directors, representatives, and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize or participation in the sweepstakes. The winner further acknowledges that Real Advisor Realty has not made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for the warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or law, relative to the prize including but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness. All entries submitted become the property of Real Advisor Realty and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules, and to the decision of judges which are final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Any taxes imposed upon a prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Winners, where lawful, grant permission for the use of the winner’s name, voice, city, state, photograph or videotape, and/or response to the question, without additional compensation.
